Equity Commercial Real Estate Group was founded in 1998 with the intent to help business
owner and entrepreneur make excellent decisions about their commercial real estate. We are a smaller company but with a strong mission and track record to back it up. We work with Local Denver business owners who value a collaborative relationship that they can rely on to provide them with the information necessary to : - Purchase a building for their company’s use - - Sell a property - Lease a space for their company Our focus is to understand where the client is currently at, what are tier goals and then craft he best fit for them. Sometimes it involves renewing their current lease, sometimes they need to get a second location, and sometime, it means to refer them to another specialty that can better address their needs. Long term relationships are at heart of our values. We want clients for life and not just atransaction. So, we are not a great fit for everyone, A lot of companies can move real estate,and will be attentive during the transaction, but, not all will care about you after the sale. We do. |
